Torsan Automotive is an aluminum foundry manufacturing and exporting truck and bus parts for Volvo, Daf, Scania, Ikarus, Iveco, Man, and Mercedes. We manufacture flywheel housing, oil cooler housing, oil cooler head, oil cooler cap, block water cap, gear box housing, intercooler pipe, intake manifold, and compressor housing. We can also manufacture special aluminum made products based on your technical specifications or samples. With our new low pressure die casting machine we can manufacture the most complicated aluminum made parts in a serial way. Upon the requests of our customers we have started to export other Turkish manufacturer's products. We export crankshafts, camshafts, flywheels, ring gears, bearings, pistons, forged pistons, liners, engine gaskets, con rods, engine valves, valve guides, valve seat rings, oil pumps, water pumps, rubber mountings, engine mountings, crown wheel pinions, cylinder heads, valve seat rings, brake adjusters, fans and blades, compressor parts, transmission parts, clutch facings, shock absorbers, body/cabin parts...etc. In a sense we act as our customers' buying agent in Turkey as our prices are very competitive. We export to Germany, Spain, United Arab Emirates, Iran, South Africa, Jordan, Syria, Iraq, Poland, and Greece...etc. Our export is constantly increasing.
